Stay Protected! Opt In for Overdraft Privilege
New federal rules governing overdraft protection programs take effect this summer and may change the way your BankTennessee ATM and debit card works.
    EXISTING ACCOUNTS If you do not opt in by August 15, 2010, your ATM and everyday debit card transactions will NOT be protected under BankTennessee's overdraft protection program.
      NEW ACCOUNTS If you open a new account on or after July 1, 2010, your ATM and everyday debit card transactions will not be protected under BankTennessee's overdraft protection unless you opt in.
