Jason Phillips Is Promoted to Senior Vice President

Jason PhillipsGERMANTOWN, Tenn., May 9, 2019 – Jim Rout, president and chief executive officer of BankTennessee, announced the promotion of Jason Phillips to senior vice president.

“Jason is a highly regarded commercial lender who understands our community. He’s built long-standing relationships with companies of all sizes, helping them finance growth and manage cash flow with trusted, creative solutions,” said Rout. “We are pleased to promote Jason and look forward to working with him for many years.”

In the banking industry since 2003, Phillips was previously a vice president and commercial loan officer at Community Bank and Bancorp South. A graduate of University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, Miss., he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Phillips is also a graduate of the Barrett School of Banking Commercial Lending Academy.

A resident of Germantown, Tenn., he and his wife Kelcie Phillips have 2 daughters McKinley, 14, and Annie, 11. He is an active member at Grace Evangelical Church in Germantown.
