COLLIERVILLE, Tenn., February 7, 2017 – Jim Rout, president and chief executive officer of BankTennessee, announced the hiring of Chameka Watson as a loan processor. Her responsibilities include analysis, appraisal and evaluation of loan applicants.

Chameka Watson “As a result of increased loan demand, our lending department is growing, and we welcome Chameka to our team." Rout said. “Her experience and commitment to providing the best service will be an asset to the bank as well as our customers.”

Watson has 10 years of banking experience and was most recently with BankPlus and First Tennessee.

A graduate of the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Business Administration, she concentrated her studies in banking and finance. Active in her church, she enjoys speaking to children about the importance of saving, and she serves as a financial secretary at Bell Grove MB Church in Holly Springs, Miss.
