TO LOG ON
For your protection, you will be asked to use an Alternate Electronic Access Number and a Personal Identification Number (PIN) each time you log in to the system.
 
The Alternate Electronic Access Number is your Date of Birth, and the last four digits of your Social Security Number. The number must be entered in the following format: 2-digit month, 2-digit day, and 4-digit year, followed by the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number.  MMDDYYYYSSSS
 
For Example If your birthday is January 1, 1950 and the last four numbers of your Social Security Number are 1234, use 010119501234
 
Next you will be asked to enter your 4 digit PIN, this will be the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number followed by the # sign the first time you access the system after November 15, 2019.
 
Then you will be prompted to selected a new 4 digit PIN.
 
Please note: To ensure your accounts remain secure, the telephone banking system will  always require you to use yourAlternate Electronic Access Number followed by your PIN each time you call.
