No account data is stored on your mobile device, and only the devices that you personally enroll can access your accounts. Established login credentials are always required to enter mobile banking.
If your phone is lost or stolen, sign on to online banking, and disable your phone from mobile banking. Or, call your local BankTennessee branch for assistance. If you are concerned about misuse of your phone, contact your mobile service provider immediately to stop all wireless service.
