BankTennessee is an excellent bank. I was previously using a larger bank for our commercial loans and the customer service was lacking. Getting in touch with anyone was difficult and getting a problem resolved was even worse. When I switched to BankTennessee it was like a breath of fresh air!
Nancy and Sherry are amazing and are always there to answer any questions I might have. If I ever have a problem, which is few and far between, I can call the office and speak directly with Brandi who is always extremely helpful. I have moved both my commercial and personal banking with BankTennessee and highly recommend BankTennessee.
