As an online banking customer, you can enroll in mobile banking through your online account or by using your mobile device. 
  • Once you have completed either of the enrollment options below, you can access your accounts anytime and anywhere at .
  • To use BankTennessee's Mobile App, download it from the App Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device. Please review the below instructions to download and activate the app.

Online Banking Enrollment
    1. Login to your online banking account at .
    2. Click on My Profile > Options > Mobile Banking.
    3. Follow the steps to enroll your device.
    4. When presented, make note of the Activation Code. Use your mobile device to complete the activation process, and input this code on your mobile device when prompted.
    5. Your mobile device is now registered.

OR , Mobile Device Enrollment
    1. Login to your online banking account at from the browser on your mobile device.
    2. Click on the Sign In link.
    3. Accept the Terms & Conditions.
    4. Login using your Online Banking credentials. Click on Sign In.
    5. A challenge question will appear during initial enrollment. If you select Remember the Device, you will not be presented with a challenge question the next time you log in.
    6. Enter your 10-digit mobile number, and click Next.
    7. The Main Menu appears. You are now ready to view your accounts online.

Mobile App Download, Activation & Sign On 
  1. Download BankTennessee's Mobile Banking Application from the App Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device.
  2. Select one of the following options to activate the app on your device.

  1. If you have an Activation Code and it is in the 24-hour period since enrollment, click the I have one > button.
  2. On the Activation Entry screen, key in the Activation Code and your mobile phone number. Click Activate.
  3. When the message Activation Complete appears, click OK.
  4. Key in Your Online Banking User ID and Password.
  5. Click Sign On. You will then see the Main Menu to access your account information.
I need one >
  1. If you do not have an Activation Code, or if your code has expired, click this option.
  2. Follow the instructions to obtain a code to enroll your device.
