Manage Your BankTennessee Debit Card in Real Time

Turn your BankTennessee debit card on or off instantly from your phone or computer. This is especially helpful if you misplace your card or want to limit when or where it can be used.

To pause or reactivate your card:
    1    Log in to the BankTennessee mobile app or Online Banking
    2    Select your account
    3    Click the three dots next to your account
    4    Choose Set Alerts
    5    Scroll to Cards
    6    Toggle Pause Card on/off

Set Alerts & Spending Controls

• Your account balance goes below an amount you choose
• Your card is used for certain types of activity
• A transaction triggers a security concern

This is also a great way to keep an eye on your child’s or teen’s card usage while giving them spending independence.
