Applicable to All BankTennessee Sweepstakes Promotions

ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of BankTennessee, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and individuals living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited.HOW TO ENTER
Entry methods will be described in the specific promotion announcement. Entry may include, but is not limited to, in-branch entry, online submission, mail-in entry, or other methods as described for each promotion. Mail-in entries (when permitted) must include: name, address, phone number, and email address (if available). Limitations on number of entries, if any, will be specified in the promotion details.
PROMOTION PERIOD
Each sweepstakes will have a defined start and end date (“Promotion Period”), which will be outlined in the specific promotion materials.WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Winners will be notified using the contact information provided at entry. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within the stated timeframe (typically 5–7 business days), an alternate winner may be selected.PRIZES & ODDS
Prize details, including approximate retail value, will be disclosed in the specific promotion. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made unless at the discretion of BankTennessee. All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Prizes may be reported for tax purposes as required by law.GENERAL CONDITIONS
BankTennessee reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the sweepstakes. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of BankTennessee, which are final.
RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless BankTennessee and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance/use of any prize.
PUBLICITY
By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, city/state, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
GOVERNING LAW
All sweepstakes are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
