In order to enhance your experience and upgrade our services in the future, we performed and completed routine system maintenance the weekend of November 16, 2019.  

Here are a few tips you should know about the system.

TELEPHONE BANKING 
To log in, the system will ask for an Alternate Electronic Access Number. It is your date of birth and last four digits of your Social Security Number.   MMDDYYYYSSSS
  • For Example If your birthday is January 1, 1950 and the last four numbers of your Social Security Number are 1234, use 010119501234
After keying in this number, you will be asked to reset your Personal Identification Number (PIN). If it's the first time to log on after the maintenance period, you will need to use the last four digits of your Social Security Number. Then you will be prompted to reset your PIN to a number you choose. 
 
ONLINE & MOBILE BANKING SECURITY SETTINGS
Now that maintenance has been completed, you will be asked to establish enhanced security settings. Prompts will guide you through the process.
 
STATEMENTS 
You will receive an extra statement as of November 15, 2019. Interest will be paid, and service fees will be waived. Future statements will continue on the normal cycle and will feature a new look.
