We’re upgrading our online and mobile banking platform to deliver a better, more secure experience that is designed to meet the needs of your business.

Here’s what to expect:
  • Your services will carry over.
    Templates and transaction history for ACH, Positive Pay, and other Treasury Management tools will transfer to the new platform.
  • Fresh look, familiar power.

    Online Banking will have a new, intuitive layout with a cleaner design and enhanced security features.
  • Helpful guides.

    Step-by-step User Guides for ACH Origination, Positive Pay, and Treasury Management Administator are included in your upgrade packet and available here on the site. Here are

    Online and Mobile Banking will be unavailable from Friday, July 25 at 5:00 PM to Monday, July 28 at 8:00 AM.
    We’ll notify you by email once the new platform is live.

LOGIN
The first time you log in to the new system, enter your existing username. Your temporary password is the first four letters of the business name (lower case) and the last four digits of your Tax ID Number. 
Examples:
  • The Bank = theb1234
  • A1 Company = a1co8741
Create a Secure Password
Once logged in, you will set a new password using the following requirements:
  • Must be a minimum of 10 characters
  • Must have at least one letter, lower case (a – z)
  • Must have at least one letter, upper case (A – Z)
  • Must have at least one number (0 – 9)
  • Special characters are optional.
Biometric Login
If your device supports it, you can enable biometrics to authenticate Face ID or fingerprint from the login screen simply by toggling it on.
